A stand alone medical facility of an approximate 18,000 GSF, 20-bed (5 female & 15 male private and semi-private rooms) at the site of the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMRMC) in Aurora, Colorado. Construction includes specialized life safety systems, mechanical HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire notification and protection systems, mass notification system, communication system and security system. Architectural work includes concrete foundations, structural steel, standing metal seam and EPDM roofing systems. Interior finished include Luxury Vinyl Tile, carpet, ceramic tile and specialty hardware systems. Site work includes anti terror force protection, landscaping, irrigation systems, plantings, concrete walkways and patio areas.
