Faith has been awarded a $6.5M prime contract to construct a Community Living Center addition to the Cheyenne VAMC.
Construct an approximately 12,000 square foot Community Living Center addition to include:
A 12 bed residential area
A 2 Bed in rehabilitation area
Exterior Materials matching existing facility:
Masonry Veneer with stone accents in Cheyenne VA Pattern and Mix
Clay roofing tile matching Cheyenne VA mix
Pitched roof matching Cheyenne VA style and pitch.
Site work shall comprise approximately 27,000 square feet and shall include:
Paving
Landscaping
Fencing
Construction will occur adjacent to a fully occupied campus listed on the Historical Register and Faith will be responsible for the protection of veterans, visitors and staff. Faith self performs the electrical portion of the projects and performs as General Contractor for all other construction activities.
